All our products are 100% guaranteed to satisfy you. If not satisfied, return product(s) within 15 days of receipt in original condition for an exchange or refund (Less shipping costs incurred). Returned didgeridoos that have our free shipping offer will be refunded the cost of the didgeridoo minus the original shipping charges incurred.
Orders ship out within 2 - 4 working days. Orders placed over the weekend ship out on Monday and Tuesday.
All orders are insured for damage. If your order is damaged in shipping please contact us right away at (866) 468-3434 or (559) 642-6434. We will file the claim paperwork with the shipping company and send you out a replacement product right away.

Our online Internet store will display all shipping options and calculate costs when you check out. Didgeridoos with a 4-7 day U.S. delivery have a shipping cost of $13 - $35 depending on the size and weight of the box. Faster shipping options are available if you need something in a hurry.
For orders outside the United States: Shipping cost is $25 - $75 for 5-10 day delivery depending on size and weight. The item then has to clear your countries customs department. This can take another 10-15 days depending on how busy they are. There may also be additional International customs clearance charges or taxes that your Country may charge you upon delivery.
